• Our prices are per day and Chalet and do not include local tax (2,60 €, children under 15 years are free).  An occupancy rate stipulating the number of persons per chalet is indicated and the price will be calculated for this standard occupancy. All chalets indicate in parentheses  the number of persons that may occupy the premises.  For each additional person and day we add € 18. Children under 2 are free if you bring your own cot.
• additional costs for final cleaning are 230 € for Chalet A and D, 130 € for Chalet B, 180 € for Chalet C
• The chalets can only be booked from Sunday to Sunday, during season prices indicated in green they also can be booked for less days upon request. For stays of less than 5 days we reserve the right to a surcharge
• During the summer and during their opening times are included the use of the Gerlos cable cars
• During winter one Skilocker at the Dorfbahn is included

Additional Information

No Smoking Policy
All our chalets ary non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed only on balconies.

Pets
Our chalets are dogfriendly, we ask € 16 per day 

WIFI - WLAN
The chalets have a public and freely accessible Wi-Fi. This covers the majority of our hotel, however, due to the structural conditions in the rooms mainly only cache-based applications are possible. Video telephony and downloads work best in the reception and hotel entrance hall area. Due to the capacities currently available in Gerlos, our WLAN is limited and is not suitable for downloads of large amounts of data.

Check-In & Check Out
Chalets may be occupied on arrival starting 4 p.m. Please inform us in advance if you intend to arrive after 7 p.m. Chalets must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. You may be able to ask for late check-out depending on availability for a surcharge.

Deposit

For our chalets, we require a security deposit of €500 to €1,500 (depending on the number of guests). This deposit is easily secured upon arrival by pre-authorizing your credit card (MasterCard or Visa)—of course, without actually charging your card. The deposit serves solely as security for any damages that may occur and will be automatically released after your stay.

Someting forgotten
We will happily send you any forgotten items by cash on delivery. Not requested items will be given away every end of season.

Cancellations & premature Departure
We charge a cancellation fee in the case of late arrival, premature departure or cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date. The General Business Conditions of Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable as stipulated.
